Position Title: Sales Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will lead and oversee the store team, ensure smooth operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires significant experience in managing key accounts and sales, a strong ability to lead teams, and in-depth knowledge of the hair, beauty, and fashion industries.
Key Responsibilities:
l Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to meet sales goals and performance metrics.
l Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing excellent sales support and after-sales service.
l Oversee inventory management, ensuring that product displays and stock levels meet company standards.
l Cultivate and manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Actively address customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
l Implement sales strategies and assist the team in executing store promotions and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
l Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving sales, with a strong background in team management.
l Knowledge of products and market trends within the hair, beauty, and fashion categories.

Store Clerk/Retail sales
Job Responsibilities:
l Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable products and addressing inquiries about product usage and ingredients.
l Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line and offer professional advice to customers.
l Sales Targets: Actively drive sales and work towards achieving store sales goals. Participate in regular promotional activities and product introductions.
l Store Display and Inventory Management: Ensure that products are displayed neatly and attractively. Regularly replenish and update stock to ensure customers can find the products they need at all times.
l Customer Experience: Provide pre-sale and after-sale services such as product consultations and usage instructions, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
l Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers and follow up regularly to increase repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
l Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations of the store and meet sales targets.
l Market Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and product developments in the hair care industry to provide customers with fashionable and effective product recommendations.
Requirements:
l Experience: At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience. Experience in hair care products, hairstyling, wigor the beauty industry is preferred.
l Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with diverse customers and offer personalized service.
l Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hair care products, their usage, and ingredients. Willingness to learn and master the latest product knowledge and offer professional advice to customers.
l Sales Skills: Strong sales skills, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and meet sales targets even in high-pressure environments.
l Personal Image: Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company’s brand image, helping to build trust with customers.
